Rating: - * A good cd.... ... I have several of Kelly's cd's and always enjoy listening to them. This one is different than most, as it does have the affirmations at an audio level. I have been listening to this particular cd for about three weeks and have noticed a difference in my attitude. When I wake up in the morning I feel more open minded and full of positive ideas. I would consider adding this cd to your collection. Rating: - * It works! ... Has great music. nice to listen to while falling asleep (it's designed to be listened to while falling asleep). If you mediate, but don't have the time that day, this is a great substitute. In any situation, for any person, I'd strongly recommend this propduct. I honestly believe it took all doubt from my mind that the "law of attraction" works. Believing in it is the hardest part, and this CD works for that. SIDE BENEFIT: Having trouble sleeping? Have issues with loud noises keeping you awake? This CD works wonders! It'll put you to bed. Rating: - * Just what the Doctor ordered! ... This is a great way to learn positive thinking while your trying to fall asleep - the only issue is you need stereo headphones - I fortunately had comfortable ones so it did not interfer with my sleep. Rating: - * Wonderful Meditation ... When I start to feel a little overwhelmed with life stress, I immediately start to listen to this CD (or another on of Kelly's CD's) before bedtime each night. Not only do I fall into a peaceful sleep, but i wake up feeling ready to take on the world. For those of you who said you had experienced bad dreams or unpleasant feeling while listening, I have had occasions where this came up a little bit too. I believe this is just our (sometimes stubborn LOL) old patterns and negative belief systems coming up. We need to work through these, keep listening, and eventually we will get over the hump! I also listened to "Deep Healing" prior to a surgical procedure as well as while I was recovering, and it helped a TON with my pre anxiety, post pain, and the time it took to heal. Rating: - * Great CD ... The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it is too "God" oriented. I'm a nonbeliever. It was difficult for me to listen to all the references about God and how there is no imperfect thing. If there is no imperfect thing then why are children raped and murdered? There are too many atrocities for me to think of this as a perfect world with perfect people. However, Kelly does try to instill a sense of compassion and love for others and I admire her for that. I think our society would be a better place to live if more people listened with an open heart to this CD. The day after my first use my husband was much more cooperative with me. It was really weird. I don't know if the CD has somehow made a change in me that has caused him to do things I ask or what...All I know is that I was suffering from severe depression and had contemplated suicide because my life with him was so miserable at times. Now things are so much better. He is so cooperative and so much nicer towards me. It is like night and day. I think this CD has had a lot to do with it....
