Editorial Review:

Item Description:
Positive thoughts produce positive results. The only problem is some of our most persistent, self-defeating beliefs are stored deep in the unconscious, where they have the power to undermine our happiness and sabotage our success. Now you can effortlessly change those negative beliefs to produce the results you want.

A special combination of brain wave frequencies are harmonically layered in soothing music to trigger heightened states of receptivity. Here the unconscious is primed to receive and act on a new set of ideas. Subliminal messages are deeply absorbed by the unconscious to immediately impact your sense of self, your creativity and the dynamic expression of your power in the world. The results are profound.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - * Great, but be careful not to rip CD to MP3 for iPods ...
Subliminal CDs like this one are a great tool, but people need to realize they can't rip the CD to create an MP3 for an iPod. Doing so will destroy the subliminal messages because of the distortions resulting from audio compression. This reduces the effectiveness of the CD and could possibly make things worse rather than better. In the case of these Brain Sync CDs, the compression in MP3s may also mangle the subliminal brain wave signals (alpha, theta) woven into the music. I think some of the people posting negative reviews may have converted these CDs into MP3s and as a result, experienced no benefits or negative benefits.

If you MUST use your CD on your computer, only use LOSS-LESS audio formats like ".wav" for best results. Any compressed audio format will destroy some of the hidden information in the audio track.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - * Beautiful Music that Delivers a Message ...
Behind the shimmering audio of new age music are a string a subliminal messages.
It is a winning combination. It works. Although I have listened to the music many times, it has yet
to bore me.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - * Positive Thinking ...
I popped this cd in my computer while at work and have it playing in the background throughout the day. It is nice, quiet and relaxing music. I have been listening for about three weeks. I have noticed that my stress level has decreased and my mood is more pleasant....whether or not that is necessarily attributed to this cd I cannot say. However, I consider it worth the money.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - * confused in Kansas City ...

I'm confused what the others reviewers see as positive with this CD.
The first part is bad piano music, and the second part has a disturbing grating noise all through it. Remember the movie, Contact?
I have many of her other CDs, but this was my first purchase of one of her subliminals.
I kept trying to get good results, but it was the complete opposite for me.
I now won't ever consider buying any of her subliminals.
Sorry
I have 4 of her other CDs that I use often. I had hoped this subliminal CD would be as good, and then my plan was to buy a Stop Smoking CD for a male relative in his mid twenties so he could have a chance at a reasonable life-span.
But I know if it is like the positive thinking subliminal,he couldn't tolerate it. He would hate it and it would make him wary of any CDs that may be of actual use.
Kelly Howell needs to listen to this product she offers for sale, and fix it or take it off the market.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - * Positive Thinking (Brain Sync Audios) ...
I love the music in this CD. However, I didn't expect subliminal. I guess I was in a hurry when I ordered it. I love Kelly Howell's voice on other CDs.

You can say this about D.E.B.S.: director Angela Robinson’s 2005 feature isn’t very good, but it is surprisingly entertaining. The premise, which bears a passing resemblance to any number of previous films (from Heathers and Clueless to Charlie’s Angels and the Austin Powers franchise), involves a secret government agency recruiting young women as spies, based on their smarts, their ability to lie convincingly, and the fact that they look fetching in ultra-miniskirts. Four of the D.E.B.S. are then charged with collaring "criminal mastermind" Lucy Diamond (Jordana Brewster), who has returned to the States after hatching all manner of nefarious plots overseas. Then comes the twist: Diamond is gay, and one of our heroines, Amy Bradshaw (Sara Foster), unexpectedly finds herself falling in love with her. Out goes the espionage element; in comes the love story, and therein lies the surprise, as this burgeoning lesbian relationship is handled with unexpected sympathy, even tenderness. Sure, the acting, even by veteran grownups like Holland Taylor and Michael Clarke Duncan, is almost uniformly lame, and the script is silly; overall, the film would have to put on considerable weight to even be considered frothy. Still, D.E.B.S. isn’t a bad way to kill a couple of hours. DVD bonus features include a making-of featurette and commentary by Robinson and the cast. --Sam Graham

The teaming of Johnny Knoxville (Jackass: The Movie) and Seann William Scott (Dude, Where's My Car?) as well as the presence of the '70s-flavored car chases that were a specialty of the TV series guarantees that The Dukes of Hazzard will be even more lowbrow than the CBS TV series (1979-85) that inspired it. However, this brain-damaging comedy is more "rehash" than "remake," as good ol' Georgiaboys Luke Duke (Knoxville) and his cousin Bo (Scott) are frequently upstaged bythe General Lee, the Confederate-flagged '69 Charger that they drive, jump, race, and fly in as they smuggle moonshine for their Uncle Jesse (Willie Nelson). Meanwhile, cousin Daisy Duke (Jessica Simpson) is reliably available to model her short-shorts (aka "Daisy Dukes") and awesome figure (and let's face it, Simpson's talents pretty much begin and end right there), while corrupt honcho Boss Hogg (Burt Reynolds, who should know better) recruits a local NASCAR star to advance his wily scheme of converting Hazzard County into a strip mine. Director Jay Chandrasekhar (Super Troopers) manages to mine some good-natured humor from the movie's oval-track detour and a few colorful supporting players (notably Kevin Hefferman as the Duke's pal Sheev). Otherwise, consider yourself warned: The Dukes of Hazzard is shameless Hollywood product at its most forgettable, trafficking in shameless white, rural Southern stereotypes. If you can make itto the end, there's a blooper reel to reward your endurance. --Jeff Shannon

DVD features
Yes, the unrated edition of The Dukes of Hazzard has nudity... but no, it's not of Jessica Simpson, but topless sorority girls. There are also two sets--"PG-13" and "unrated"--of deleted scenes and bloopers. The four minutes of unrated deleted scenes (supplementing the 25 minutes of "PG-13" deleted scenes) include more sorority girls and a menage à trois for Johnny Knoxville . The five minutes of unrated bloopers (the same amount as the "PG-13" bloopers) feature a few more girls but mostly bad language. Featurettes discuss the Daisy Duke short shorts (and show how you can make your own), car stunts, and the making of the movie (narrated by a cast member of the original TV series). --David Horiuchi
